Lucky Palace is the first luxury apartment project in District 6 and invested by Novaland Group. The project has two 33-storey towers and 3 basements with totally 356 luxury apartments and 6 storeys for a commercial section and public utilities.

American General Construction Company Ltd. (AGC) is the main contractor in the project. Socon Vietnam is the subcontractor assigned by AGC in implementing structural items of 3 basements and 3 storeys in height.
