On the morning of March 23^rd, 2019, Socon Viet Nam held a groundbreaking ceremony for Metro Tower High-rise building Apartment at Tan Lap Street, Di An District, Binh Duong Province

The project is invested by Duc Loi Corporation – Kim Oanh Group, a leading real-estate distributor in the south region.

Metro Tower High-rise building Apartment is called The EastGate Project, located in a prime location nearby Metro Suoi Tien Depot, Thu Duc District. The Project is built on an area of more than 6.500m² with two 19-story blocks and two basements including two commercial floors and 712 apartments.

As General Contractor for the project, Socon has made careful preparations from the construction method to site organization, material, and equipment immediately after receiving the letter of acceptance in order to meet complicated technical requirements as well as strict requirements of the investor on the progress and quality of work.
