Duc Hoa residential area is in West Lakes Golf & Villas, invested by C.S.Q Joint stock company, development by Tran Anh Group - one of the most respected real estate corporations in the Southern region in general and the Northwestern HCMC in particular
With 12,7ha in total land of golf areas is about 75ha, including 537 villas and townhouses. In this project, Socon takes on the role of the main contractor for 96 townhouses in A6 – A7 zone. Construction time is 10 months from the date of issuing the groundbreaking order.
With the priority criteria not only ensuring the safety and constructing progress, but also putting quality on the top priority and striving to handover final construction works on time as commitment, and then together with procuring entity welcoming the future residents.
