Participating in the project, Socon was assigned to execute the package "Structural, Exterior Finishing and MEP" for townhouses in LKV4 area - Phu Huu Ward Residential Area, District 9.

The implementation of the project proved the trust of the investor in Socon’s construction capacity as well as open opportunities for long-term cooperation with the owner - Phu Long Real Estate Corporation in the next time. With the experience of building many villas and townhouse projects such as ADC Residential Area, Oceanami Resort, Phuoc Thai Residential Area, South East Residential Area, Socon confident enough to execute and complete the project on schedule, safety, quality as the aspirations of the owner as well as buyers of the project.
