Gain Lucky Textile Factory has a total construction area of up to 31 hectares on a plot of 83 hectares.
The project is built on an area of 86 ha in Tay Ninh Province with a total investment of 300 million dollars. Phase 1 of the project was completed and put into operation in late 2014.
Socon had performed phase 2 of the project including: civil works and concrete floors for second floral print workshop with total gross floor area of 52.000m2.
